Sometimes there are delays due to high volume of shipments by couriers. We will help follow up with the shipping service.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next day. However, we will try to include them in today's delivery.
• For Instant/Same-Day Delivery: Shipping is processed between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM based on the order order.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, location, and shipping service selected. You can check shipping costs at checkout.
Once the expedition service has been selected and entered into the system, it cannot be changed.
COD is available on other marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok).
Our products are halal. Currently PIRT certified and in the process of BPOM and Halal certification.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the package tightly closed or transfer to an airtight container.
The expiration date is printed on the packaging. Most of our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 months, depending on the type of product and storage conditions.
We do not recommend consuming expired products because the quality and taste may no longer be optimal.
